SHIPPING ORIGIN
Orders to the UK and Europe are shipped from the United Kingdom. In some cases orders to the rest of the world might be shipped from our US warehouse.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed twice a week. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Orders which include preorder and non-preorder items will be fulfilled when preordered items are available.
If you wish non-preorder items to be shipped immediately please place them in a separate order.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or an item is out-of-stock and awaiting a restock, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional time for processing.

Orders which include preorder and non-preorder items will be fulfilled when preordered items are available. If you wish non-preorder items to be shipped immediately please place them in a separate order.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Ninja Division ships orders via Royal Mail. Alternative shipping services may be used depending on the nature of the order. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
DELIVERY TIMES
Royal Mail has a typical delivery time of 2 - 4 days for domestic packages. Please allow 1 - 2 weeks for orders shipped to Europe. Delivery times to the rest of the world can vary dramatically, please allow an additional 2 - 6 weeks. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation e-mail once your order has been packed, containing your tracking number(s). Shipping is usually the next day and the tracking number will be active within 24 hours after that.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS
To update the shipping address on your order you will need to log in to your account and change your default address. Once you have done this, please contact us and we will apply the new address to your order.
Please note that once a tracking number has been generated for your order, we will be unable to amend that order, this includes address details.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
Ninja Division is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Shipping charges are not refundable if the parcel is returned to the sender.
DAMAGES
Ninja Division is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Ninja Division makes every effort to ship our products worldwide. However, we reserve the right to suspend shipping to any country, territory, state, or region without notice.
SHIPMENT TO P.O. BOX ADDRESSES
Ninja Division ships to addresses within the United Kingdom, and to Europe and the rest of the world. Some packages may be undeliverable to P.O. Boxes. In such cases, an alternate shipping address may be requested. We do not ship to Packstation addresses in Germany.
